Stacey Crandall, Clinical Therapist, MS, NCC, LPC
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 13 years of experience in outpatient and residential services. I help to treat both mental health and substance use issues with adults and adolescents. I provide a safe and compassionate atmosphere to support awareness and acceptance so that change can happen. I focus on my client’s strengths to assist them in living a life worth living and achieving the life they want. My therapy approach uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered, and Motivational Interviewing techniques. Our work together can target ineffective thinking and behavior patterns, painful emotions, and conflicted relationships. We can work on developing healthier coping strategies and ways of looking at ourselves and the world around us. It would be a privilege to be part of your journey, as everyone has a story that has changed them.
The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change. ~Carl Rogers
